The West African nation of Guinea (Republique de Guinee) does a brisk business in collectible stamps.

Here, a stamp featuring an Amtrak Genesis locomotive is framed by a full color sheet featuring, among other US locomotives, American Freedom Train locomotive #1 in its final paint scheme.

The stamp is meant to be punched out before mailing. The sheet measures exactly 4" x 7" (curious because they are on the metric system in Guinea).
