American Freedom Train Reunion 2008

The 2008 reunion was held in St. Augustine, FL, with Joan 'Grape' Mitchell and her husband Kevin hosting.

For once it was an early summer reunion, May 22-26 (avoiding hurricane season and the possibility of lightning striking thrice). The hotel was the Hilton Historic Bayfront Hotel.

Highlights included tours of the Castillo de San Marcos (The Fort), trolley rides around town, a scenic cruise on the water aboard the Victory III, a trip to the Alligator Farm and Zoological Park, and a visit to the Mitchell's beautiful home.
