Locomotive #951 and Cars

In their 2020 Big Book Catalog, Lionel announced the first ever Preamble Express model in full 3-Rail O Scale. Included are locomotive 951 and all four cars of the train - 93 inches in length.

Locomotive #951 was Union Pacific E9 #951, on lease to the AFT Foundation. It was the only UP locomotive decorated for the Bicentennial.

Car #1 became American Freedom Train #202, the Pie Car.

Car #2 became American Freedom Train #203, the Bar Car.

Car #3 became American Freedom Train #204, the Office Car.

Car #4 became American Freedom Train #205, the Press Car.
